Managed Services Solutions are designed and delivered by us and generally include end-to-end service, SLAs and assets (if desired). A managed service typically includes a monthly recurring service-based pricing offering a more predictable cost approach for the client. Ongoing visibility of operational performance is provided and managed through pre-agreed performance parameters.
The client may include their unique performance requirements such as degree of control and visibility, security, availability, capacity, service continuity and other requirements as it relates to the specific service.
